Chef Richard and Staff are now operating the Centre Court Grill with an ever expanding menu from fresh seafood to prime rib Fridays with a special wine to match.

Chef Richard has owned his own restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale and New Orleans, and has received rave reviews from major food critics. The grill serves lunch Monday - Friday 11am - 2pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am - 3pm. Dinner is served from 5 - 9pm Monday - Friday. The bar is available 11am - 10pm during the week, and 12 - 3pm at weekends. Delectable lunch and dinner specials are always available. They have a great selection of beers and wines to please everyone's palate.

All food is available to take home. They also welcome all banquets, receptions and parties. If it is dining you want or a casual day or evening in the lounge with your favorite sporting events, it's all available.
