Water Aerobics is a great way to get in shape. Classes run from May to September. AEROBIC CLASSES ARE FREE TO MEMBERS!!! Water classes go on rain or shine, if the weather is completely unreasonable, an inside class will be substituted. Using the water both as support and as resistance for exercises helps tone and strengthen muscles. Water aerobics is ideal for the fully fit as well as the not so fit! If you want to increase the flexibility, strength and stamina, but don't want to risk damage from hi-impact aerobics, try these classes. Water aerobic instructors are Caroline and Shari. Class times are listed below, simply call the club to enroll in a class now, (classes are free to members). |
