Chef Richard and Staff are now operating the Centre Court Grill with an ever expanding menu of home made specials including: Prime Rib, Gumbo, variety of soups, fresh grilled and blackend seafood and bountiful salads. 

Chef Richard has owned his own restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale and New Orleans, and has received rave reviews from major food critics. The grill serves lunch Tuesday and Saturday from 11am - 2pm.  Dinner is served from 5 - 9pm Tuesday - Friday.

Delectable lunch and dinner specials are always available. They have a great selection of beers and wines to please everyone's palate.

All food is available to take home. They also welcome all banquets, receptions, parties and catering. If it is dining you want or a casual day or evening in the lounge with your favorite sporting events, it's all available.
