The focus of the High School Program will be learning basic fundaments integrating social, health and fitness elements to the group. It will build on the fundamental skills of stroke production, court positioning, strategy, and composure. Under the direction of John Hall, this program helps beginner and intermediate players advance their skills to achieve personal goals.
