The giammalva website design is based on three key factors:
- Easy to navigate.
- Quick to download.
- Rich content.
This is largely due to a recent survey by Knowledge Systems and Research Inc of surfer preferences, that found a strong preference for these features in a website. For these reasons the navigation system is simple and clear, being very similar to the typical Microsoft Windows file navigation system that most computer users are familiar with. The web pages are relatively plain and "bland" in order to avoid the time penalty of downloading a large number of graphics. And finally the content is concise and pertinent, providing relevant information about the facilities and capabilities of the club.
