  • 11:15 AM BEGINNER WEIGHTS*

Thursdays

  • 10:30 AM  SSR –  (Strength, Stretch, & Recover)  
  • 11:00 AM  FALL PREVENTION* 
  • 6:00 PM  YOGA*
