  • 9:45 am Pilates
  • 11:00 am  Core Training & Fall Prevention
  • 6:00 pm TABATA 20-10  (Intermediate/Advanced) 

Wednesdays

  • 11:15 am  Strength & Core Training (Beginner)  
  • 6:00 pm  Yoga

Thursdays

  • 10:30 am  Strength & Core Training (Strength, Stretch, & Recover)  
  • 11:00 am  Core Training & Fall Prevention  
  •  6:15 pm  Pilates

Fridays

  • 11:15 am Strength & Core Training (ROM/Flexibility/Balance)
