  • 9:45 am Pilates
  • 11:00 am  Core Training & Fall Prevention
  • 6:00 pm TABATA 20-10* (Intermediate/Advanced) 
  • 6:00 pm Water Aerobics*

Wednesdays

  • 11:15 am  Strength & Core Training* (Beginner)  

Thursdays

  • 10:30 am  Strength & Core –  (Strength, Stretch, & Recover)  
  • 11:00 am  Core Training & Fall Prevention
