VENUE RENTALS
Located in the heart of Spring, Texas our venue is easily accessible and offers a range of amenities to make your event unforgettable. With plenty of versatile indoor and outdoor space, your guests will have plenty of room to socialize and celebrate for your next wedding, corporate event, or party.
We can accommodate events of all sizes, from small intimate gatherings to large functions.
Wimbledon Room
The Wimbledon Room offers an intimate setting for your next birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, wedding, fundraiser, team building or networking event. Our venue features farmhouse style tables and chairs, and on-site parking. The gem of the venue is our beautiful, private back deck perfect for your outdoor/indoor event needs such as gender reveals or picnics. Ready to plan an exclusive event for family, friends or colleagues? We are happy to host you!
Our base rental rate is $125 an hour Monday - Thursday. We require a minimum rental of 3 hours during the week. All rentals include tables and chairs up to 100 guests & a flat screen television with sound system.
Rental of the Wimbledon Room includes both the interior and our beautiful private back deck.
The Wine Garden
Our base rental rate for the Wine Garden is $200 an hour Monday - Thursday. We require a minimum rental of 3 hours during the week. All rentals include tables and chairs up to 150 guests (indoor-outdoor) and white table cloth, private back deck, wine bar, a big outdoor screen with sounds system, soccer field, 4 picnic wooden tables. Rental of the Wine Garden includes both the green space and private back deck.

The View
The View features one of a kind green scenery, farmhouse style tables and chairs, and on-site parking. The gem of the venue is our beautiful landscaping view and covered patio perfect for your outdoor/indoor event needs.
Our base rental rate is $350 an hour Monday - Thursday. We require a minimum rental of 3 hours during the week.
All rentals include tables and chairs for up to 250 guests (indoor-outdoor) and white table cloth, covered patio, café, Wimbledon Room, 4 flat screen TVs, sound system in Wimbledon Room & gazebo.
